Reformer
An all-over body workout incorporating classical and modern Pilates movements using the Reformer, that will leave you feeling strong and energised. The perfect everyday class suitable for all levels and abilities from beginner to advanced individual.
Reformer Athletic
An extra spicy dynamic Reformer class. This class offers maximum effectiveness and results focused on strength and cardio. Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels looking for a strong workout. Must be familiar with the Reformer equipment, injury or medical condition free & over the age of 16 years.
Reformer Gentle
A slower paced, full body class, focusing on strength, coordination and mobility that will leave you feeling fulfilled and energised. Suitable for beginners, mature age individuals or returning to movement after injury or period of inactivity, pre/post natal friendly.
Reformer Stretch + Release
This class is designed to release tension and tight muscles. A nurturing and recovering style class that will leave you feeling zen. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
Chair
A gentle approach to your Pilates movement practice on the Chair. This class is slow paced and allows you to progress from basic exercises to more integrated standing movements. The Wunda Chair apparatus is perfect to improve balance, strength and core endurance. Suitable for beginners, mature age individuals, pre/post natal.
Chair Athletic
A high-intensity dynamic class sure to get your heart pumping. Build strength and challenge your balance and endurance with alternating timed combination of floor and chair sequences. A spicy workout that will leave you feeling challenged. Suitable for clients with Chair experience. Must be injury or medical condition free & over the age of 16 years.
Chair Gentle
The Wunda Chair Pilates class delivers a formidable total body workout. This apparatus will improve and challenge your balance, increase strength, control and coordination. Perfect conditioning for other athletic practice. Suitable for all levels and abilities beginner to advanced levels.
Chair Stretch + Release
A combination of mat and Wunda chair assisted stretches to leave you feeling rejuvenated. A slow pace class to focus on increasing range of motion with a mix of static and dynamic stretching.

Mat
The practice of Pilates as intended by Joseph Pilates with some added variations created by your teacher. This class will have you working on strength, coordination, balance, mobility and endurance. Suitable for all levels including pre and post natal.
Mat Athletic
Everything you love about our Mat class plus a little extra. This dynamic class will have you working on strength, coordination, balance, mobility and endurance with added power. Welcoming individuals looking for an intense and strong workout, must be injury or medical condition free & over the age of 16 years.
Mat Gentle
All the benefits of the Mat Pilates practice at a slow pace and layered clusters of exercises, adding supportive props. Designed to maintain strong bodies through movement optimised for beginners and mature age individuals or managing pain and injury, pre/post natal friendly.
Mat Stretch + Release
A class that will leave you feeling stretchy and revitalised, where thoughts are brought inward, nurturing our body to facilitate muscle recovery and mindfulness. Movement is slow and in tune with the breath, incorporating props rollers, silks, straps and tennis balls. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
Barre
Barre is the perfect fusion of inspired Ballet moves with small, isometric exercises. Strength from Pilates moves and the right amount of stretching and Savasana from Yoga. No fluff – just a really great workout to improve your endurance, strength, coordination and flexibility. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
Barre Athletic
Everything you love about our Barre class plus a little extra spice. This class is designed for maximum burn, a really tough workout to improve your endurance, strength, coordination and flexibility. Barre Athletic includes the use of weights, sliders, bands & circles. Must be injury or medical condition free & over the age of 16 years.
Barre Gentle
A slower pace Barre barre class that will leave you feeling fantastic. Low impact, excellent strength for the muscles, coordination and balance. The movements are functionally optimised for beginners, mature age individuals and anyone in need of modifications, pre/post natal friendly.
Vinyasa & Yin
A beautifully balanced class combining Vinyasa & Yin, focusing inward to restore and replenish. An infusion of journeying through the breath, exploring your body and slowing down your mind. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
Flow Yoga
Flow yoga emphasises the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. This class is a great compliment to any strength program and is also perfect for anyone looking to gain more flexibility and mobility in their body. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
Private Sessions
The focus is on you and you only. A specific program tailored to your needs and goals. An hour with one of our teachers to rehabilitate from injury, manage pain, or focus on targeted area(s). Taking your practice to the next level and getting the results you want faster and in a safe one-on-one environment. Private Sessions are available with a clinical or non-clinical teacher.
Parents & Bubs
Our signature classes on the Mat, Reformer and Chair & BYO baby. Tailored exercises to assist with regaining strength and confidence with like-minded parents. Bring a cradle / blanket for your mini to lay on while you move, your teacher will support you with options to move while holding your baby too. Welcome to join if you are expecting, please consider the air conditioning may affect the temperature of the space your baby is in so please bring blankets and extra layers.
